Because of the traffic situation in and around Arenastaden on event days we recommend that you take the train, underground or tram to the arena.

Tram stop Solna Centrum. The walk from Solna Centrum to Friends Arena takes around 20 minutes.

For timetables and information about bus stops, underground and tram stops, go to (link opens in a new window).

We recommend all visitors to the arena to get here by train or tram. The Arenastaden district is closed to cars on event days and there are few places to park in the area.

Disability transport services and disabled guests arriving by car

There are drop-off and pick-up zones very close to the arena for visitors using disability transport services.

If you are arriving by car and have a disability driving permit you will be allowed through the cordoned off areas and you can park in the Arena car park.
